Paradigm - a Ron Holland (New Zealand of course) designed Trintella 55. Built and launched in England in 2004 for Dr. Art and Mary Jo Atkinson, Paradigm crossed the Atlantic to the east coast of America in 2004 to exhibit at the U.S. Sailboat Show in Annapolis, MD. Subsequently she sailed both north and south over the next few years to Maine and down to the Caribbean, returning to her home base of Gibson Island in the Chesapeake Bay.
2014 saw Charlie acquire Paradigm from his good friends Art and Mary Jo, He subsequently carried out a major refit and when his work/life balance permitted, also sailed the east coast of the States both north and south.
The timing is now right to take Paradigm on a real open ocean adventure. Paradigm is in the best shape ever, Skipper Charlie is ready, an experienced crew available ... let the adventures begin!!
Let the journey begin!

ReplyDeleteThis is Art Atkinson - I am relegated to being anonymous but am really alive and well. I want to congratulate Charlie, Jeanie, and crew on getting Paradigm in such great shape for this summer's adventure. I imagine that you will have gone through the Cape Cod canal by the time that you read this. I wish you continued good weather and good luck
